Wowweeee Ania & Dan’s wedding was simply AMAZING! They got married at Brinkburn Priory, which is a lovely Northumberland wedding venue, in between Morpeth & Rothbury.
Their wedding was brilliant from start to finish, and they chose some fabulous wedding suppliers to help bring it all together. Big thanks to Chris Randle who assisted & second shot with me at their wedding. The day was dotted with April showers but the bride and groom were happy enough to brave the elements and embrace their whole day.
Here’s the story of their big day!

The bride & her girls got ready at The Stables Cottage on site, it was so beautiful overlooking the river and Ania was sneaking glances out the window to see her wedding day being set up and getting very excited!

Her gorgeous shoes were by Jenny Packham. Her dress came from Epernay Bridal in Newcastle.

The amazing Maxine – Maximillion Make up & Hair made the ladies look extra special.. wow!

Ania’s Mum was a joy to be around, I told her she was the most enthusiastic Mother of the Bride i’ve ever met. She was so smiley and happy all day, it was clear to see how excited she was for the couple. She also told us lots about Polish wedding traditions 🙂

Over at Brinkburn Priory, Dan & his groomsmen were preparing for the ceremony. Dan’s suit from Most Suitable was rather unique – always love it when the boys wear tweed!

The ceremony was perfect and musicians from AMV live (Paige Temperley) really added to the atmosphere. Sebastian, the bride’s nephew took the ring bearing duties very seriously.

The White Room made a great ‘chill out’ area for the guests, and is just a beautiful space. LOVE letters from Coco Luminaire lit up the fireplace.
All of the GORGEOUS flowers were lovingly created by one of my favourite florists, Lavenders Blue in Morpeth. It was a floral wonderland…. Christine’s creations featured in the tipi, church, White Room, on the cake and as a whole table plan!! She also put together some pretty pink blooms for the bride & bridesmaids and some unique ‘wildflower’ creations for the men’s buttonholes. It created a lot of pops of colour throughout the wedding and tied everything together beautifully.

Can we just take a second to awe over this gorgeous bouquet?! Lavenders Blue you are amazing!

And next, the ladder table plan… wow!!!!! I believe this was hired from The Finishing Touch Company and finished with flowers from Lavenders Blue.

I’m pretty sure at this point I was dancing around in a floral, twinkly light tipi wonderland enjoying every second photographing this gorgeous place!
Ania & Dan chose to donate to Breast Cancer Care and provide pin badges for their guests.

As Ania’s family are Polish, the wedding reception started by some traditional singing to welcome the couple, and then onto the traditional toasts, featuring lots and lots of shots!

The white chocolate cake came from Marks & Spencers Wedding Cakes and was decorated with flowers from Lavenders Blue. Jan from Brinkburn Priory put it altogether for the couple and she did a marvellous job!

Soon it was time for the evening to start, and Jess Avison, played with her band J’Avisons. This girl seriously rocks… and had the whole crowd up and dancing.

The couple were happy to nip outside for a few night time photos just before we headed off.
