My approach

Woohooo, you’re getting married! Congratulations!

You’ve probably heard of different styles of photography and are probably unsure as to what they mean and what kind is right for you. Loads of my couples come to me saying ‘things like: We don’t like having our photograph taken’ ‘We’re not photogenic’ ‘We hate posing’. That’s fine, infact more than fine for me – it’s absolutely perfect, because I don’t do traditional wedding photography either. No cheese, no forced smiling at the camera stuff. I don’t do dramatic fashion-style posing. Nothing against those that do, it’s just I like to create fun images that let you be yourselves.

I only take on a limited number of weddings per year to make sure that all of my couples and their images get the time and attention they deserve. I love spending time getting to know more about you and your wedding as every wedding is unique.

It’s important to me that I tell the story of your day, as it happens. I’m not one of those photographers that’s going to take you away for hours. I strongly believe you should have as much time as possible to spend with your guests and soak up the fun and excitement of the whole day. (Here’s a handy blog post about wedding timings if you’d like to read more) .

If you’re planning a fun, relaxed & happy wedding day, where it’s all about the love, we need to talk!
